From 2016–2018, I served as Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for the museum’s online strategy and distribution across social media and e-mail platforms.

︎ Coordinated content creation and distribution across social media, e-mail, video, and web to drive global engagement online and support museum revenue; publish posts via Hootsuite Enterprise.
︎ Strategized, developed, and published daily updates on Guggenheim social media channels, with 2.5 million followers on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ranking #6, #7, and #3 worldwide respectively. Earned Webby Award nomination for Guggenheim Twitter feed.
︎ Grew Guggenheim’s Instagram audience to more than 600,000 followers to date through community-building initiatives, Instagram meetups, weekly series, takeovers, and live coverage of events; featured on Instagram’s suggested list of accounts and in Architectural Digest, Artsy, Cool Hunting, Vogue, W Magazine, among others.
︎ Directed artistic vision and production of 6 short online promotional videos for social, e-mail, web, and media relations; recommended video optimizations by platform, resulting in outstanding, cost-effective KPIs ($0.01 cost per video view on Facebook) and increased resources towards promotional videos in institutional budget
︎ Produced and distributed monthly social media reports to department heads tracking audience growth, engagement, competitive rankings, and top posts across more than 30 global Guggenheim social media sites.
︎ Designed Facebook advertising strategy and creative for multiple campaigns; deployed ads, monitored performance, managed optimizations, tracked data, and distributed results; successfully achieved 12% increase of local New York City fan base over 12 months
︎ Managed ExactTarget e-mail service provider, seasonal e-mail schedule, internal e-mail user group, and overall administration of more than 500 annual e-mail campaigns marketing video production.
